  • Over 2 decades ago, pioneered the Physician Referral Management program to drive physician referrals to facilities.
  • Drove the expansion of a health system’s ambulatory surgery division from 5 to 11 Ambulatory Surgery Centers, 6 of which were de novo
  • Led ASC Administrators for the strategic growth and business development activities of 45 ambulatory surgery centers which generated over 177,000 outpatient surgical cases and over $240 million in net revenue
  • Developed and implemented growth programs for new multi-specialty service lines such as Spine, Orthopedics, Cardiovascular, ENT, and Neurology
  • Following a 51% acquisition of a physician-owned hospital which was losing over $275k monthly, implemented innovative growth strategies and within 7 months, resulted in turning a profit for the first time in four years of operations
  • Contracted one of the nation’s innovative providers of therapy services that deliver solutions for virtual musculoskeletal care – allowing over 60,000 self-funded members access to high-quality, low-cost care nationwide
  • Managed the joint venture process with one of nation’s premier medical schools, Baylor College of Medicine, to improve volumes of a surgical hospital in Houston by 194%
  • Managed physician partnership – provide solutions to operational issues, coordinate equity transactions, attend Board and Partnership meetings, physician succession planning, and acquire competitive knowledge to increase surgical volume
